How Can chronic Anxiety Attacks Be Treated?

I have chronic anxiety attacks,I hear voices and I feel like I am constantly being followed and always being monitored in life by computers and hacking and being listened to by other people by bugs or some other sort of device. I always see the numbers 111 or1111 on my phone or digital clocks. I can t sleep and I am scared all the time. I always forget the day and date. I am seeing a psychiatrist and a psychologist but they don t really believe my symptoms, that is how I feel. They prescribed me Resperidone 20mg what are my symptoms? I am very very depressed and disabled.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.

If symptoms persist better to consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
